    With all our pieces made to order, we need dedicated time to craft each piece for you. With this in mind, we've set some key cut-off dates for your orders.

    International shipping
    We cannot guarentee pre-Christmas delivery.  We can still ship your pieces to you, please email us for a postage quote.

    MADE TO ORDER
    Place your order up until Sunday 30th November for pre-Christmas delivery. We do recommend express post at checkout to keep things as speedy as possible in the postal system. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all Made to Order pieces to be crafted to order and ready to post. You'll receive tracking details as soon as they ship!

    READY TO SHIP 
    If there are any ready to ship pieces available, this will be clearly noted in the product description.
    Place your order up until Sunday 7th December and select express post for pre-Christmas delivery. We do recommendexpress post at checkout to keep things as speedy as possible in the postal system.

    POSTAGE TIMEFRAMES
    Whilst every effort is made by us to have your orders on the way in a timely manner, we can't control how long the post takes. Please order early to avoid disappointment, and should things take longer than expected at this busy time of year, we hope you kindly understand it is out of our control.
    We hope our pieces make thoughtful and meaningful gifts, no matter what day they are gifted. 
     
    ONLINE STORE CLOSURE
    Our online store will be closed from 8th December 2025. We will re-open Monday 5th January 2026.
