    With all our pieces made to order, we need dedicated time to craft each piece for you. With this in mind, we've set some key cut-off dates for your orders.

    This year we have Made to Order and Ready to Ship pieces.

    MADE TO ORDER
    Place your order up until 8pm Sunday 1st December for pre-Christmas delivery. We do recommend express post at checkout to keep things as speedy as possible in the postal system. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all Made to Order pieces to be crafted to order and ready to post. You'll receive tracking details as soon as they ship!
     
    READY TO SHIP
    Place your order up until 8pm Sunday 8th December for pre-Christmas delivery. We do recommend express post at checkout to keep things as speedy as possible in the postal system.
     
    POSTAGE
    Whilst every effort is made by us to have your orders on the way in a timely manner, we can't control how long the post takes. Please order early to avoid disappointment, and should things take longer than expected be kind. We hope our pieces make thoughtful and meaningful gifts, no matter what day they are gifted. 
     
    ONLINE STORE CLOSURE
    Our online store will be closed from 10th December. We will re-open 6th January 2025.
